It is a new week and feeling positive, new goals and a chance to make up for the lost chances. I was a bit discouraged this whole weekend after the weigh in but I know that I can make it this time around. I am 1,56 tall and currently weigh 72kg. My goal is to lose at least 10kg. All I want is to be comfortable with my weight and maintain it. I want to be fit and strong.
