Its Friday!!

So I had my weigh in yesterday, and I’m really happy with the weight and cm loss.  Good motivation for the weekend ahead.

Now that I have settled into the diet, and my energy levels are stabilized, its definitely time to up the exercise.

    That is great that you feel a difference in your energy levels, and that you are happy with what you have lost so far. Just keep in mind not to do too much exercise as you will get tired a lot faster than usual. Have a great weekend and keep it up
