Not Feeling It
When you’ve lost kilograms but still feel fat. Or the weight loss is so slow but you’re doing your best with zero cheating. It all kinda feels like a waste. And I am just not feeling it. Not feeling great. Easpecially after all my oopsies.
Not particularly excited for the week ahead. With another weigh in coming, it will just be another reminder of how I suck in comparison to others. Yes, I know losing any weight at all still makes me a winner. The feeling remains.
Anyway, I guess it’s just been a bad week. I will jump on to the positivity train again tomorrow. I will still keep doing my best despite the slump.
