Prepped and ready

A very laid back Sunday.  Went to gym this morning, and then a pampering session at the spa.  Always feel more hungry and incredibly tired on the gym days which  makes me reluctant to add too much exercise. Keeping the exercise down to 2-3 days a week.  It definitely affects my general mood and energy for the day.  Feels like I need the day to recover from the exercise session. Prepped and Ready for the week ahead.
