As I have mentioned in a previous blog post, I have felt as though I have lost a bit of focus over the past week, so this week I am refocussing on the schallenge. Being mindful of my meals, taking my pills at the right time and being conscious of my water-intake (I am now on 2.5l for the day). And maybe that is quite apt seeing that it is Monday and the beginning of a new week – Week 6 of the schallenge and nearly at the halfway mark!
I think it is quite important to remind yourself why you are doing what you are doing regularly along your journey so that even though you are taking it day by day, you still need to keep the bigger picture in mind.
