The number of supplements we take is just mind boggling! I can’t recall ever taking so many at once! But one thing is for sure, despite the calorie restricted diet, I am so healthy and haven’t fallen sick! It must be the supplements.
I do find I need to take the morning and midday supplements within 10-15 min of eating or I start feeling terribly nauseous. Otherwise it’s all going well.
I’m flying to Cape Town tomorrow, a super early start as usual. I’ve got most of my meal prep done, and am going to be sorting and packing the supplements when I get home.
