Team No Sleep

I sense a sleepless night ahead. The halfway weigh in. If I double the weight lost so far, that will be the possible end result. Far from goal.


I don’t know what to do differently. I stick to the plan. Eat the meals. Drink the water. Exercise. Don’t cheat. Still fat.


Anyway, best try to rest and just see what tomorrow brings.

    Don’t be despondent Nadia. Your body is doing things inside your not aware off and my not see on the scale. Hang in here. You will see the results.
