Week 1 – over and done!!!

jip – week one completed.

The weekend was hard – that’s when you tend to have cravings for the Braaivleis, the Brandy and the socializing.

But with the first week down and only 11 to go….. I am still motivated to reach my goal weight as soon as possible.

Looking forward to weigh in session at the end of the week 2……
