Wobbly start

The day started off well enough, went to gym, did prep shopping for the week ahead – but then hit a wall.  Suddenly felt exhausted and very moody.  Definitely waited too long before eating this morning.  Thought I would space out my meals a bit differently because of it being Saturday.  Think my blood sugar got a bit low after the exercise.

I will have to plan a bit differently when exercising.
